B is for BUDS
I know it's not really spring yet, but I think these might count for early buds, don't you ? Or is it just me being hopeful and wishing for spring?
My lens would not focus on the tiny little bud, so I put my hand behind it to block out the background. That allowed my camera to focus. Then I put my black lens cap behind the branch for a different look.

Cool tricks!!! Do you think you could put your hand behind it, lock focus, then move your hand? Or would that not work?
I was just studying the trees at the church today, looking for signs of spring!
