I was in Utah for three days attending the funeral of my Grandmother. It was a wonderful experience to be with my extended family for a couple of days and honor the life of my Grandmother. I am blessed with a strong family and a rich heritage from both my Mother and my Father. I draw strength from them and the knowledge that I am more than just me, but rather part of a line that extends back through the years, and now pushes forward with my own children. I am a better person because of the life and example of all of my Grandparents, both sides.

sorry to hear about your grandmother! this is exactly how i felt when my grandmother passed away last year. it is great to know that because of her example and how she lived her life, that her family will be blessed for years to come!
